Where We Ship: Worldwide, except destinations where purchase, import, or possession of research chemicals is restricted or prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before ordering. Peptonia is not liable for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: ~5–10 business days domestic, ~10–21 business days international (estimates, not guarantees).

Carrier: A range of international couriers, selected based on destination. Tracking provided by email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes/customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Discreet Packaging: All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging.

Lost or Seized Packages: Not our responsibility once handed to the carrier, or if seized by customs.
